Hi, I'm Antonio Urbano

I'm the founder and owner of BirthdayClub.ai.

I created BirthdayClub.ai because I grew up in the restaurant industry. My father owned his own restaurant, and from a young age I got to see what it was really like behind the scenes. I watched the long hours, the hard work, and the passion it took to run a restaurant. I also saw how difficult it could be to keep business steady throughout the year.

Our restaurant was in a very seasonal area. During the busy season, things were great. But once the off-season came around, it seemed like everyone just stayed home. We were always trying to think of new ideas to bring people back—special events, promotions, lower prices, new menu items—but it often felt like no matter what we tried, there was no easy way to let our community know what was going on.

That experience stuck with me.

As I got older, I found myself working in sales and eventually became interested in software development. The more I learned about technology and automation, the more I started thinking back to those days in the restaurant. I realized that many of the challenges we faced weren't because we didn't have great food or great service—it was because we didn't have an easy, affordable way to stay connected with our customers.

That's what inspired me to build BirthdayClub.ai.

My goal wasn't to create complicated software. I wanted to build something simple and affordable that restaurants could use year-round to help attract new customers, make sure no opportunities were missed, and encourage past guests to come back again and again.

I'm especially excited to make an impact here in the Sarasota area by working with local restaurants and helping them build communities of loyal customers who keep coming back—not just during the busy season, but all year long.
